About
Grace began her career in the music industry with two summers at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, an experience that led to early roles in New York City at Madison Square Garden and Artist Group International, where she worked alongside some of the most influential booking agents in music. She went on to build her foundation in tour marketing at Creative Artists Agency, supporting campaigns for global superstars, before joining Paradigm Talent Agency, where she worked across a roster of 30+ artists — from developing independent acts to some of the biggest names in music.
From the mailroom to the boardroom, Grace believes deeply in sending the ladder back down and creating opportunities for the next generation of entertainment professionals.
After half a decade on the agency side, Grace pivoted into arena marketing, where she played an integral role in shaping the branding, content strategy, and master planning efforts for Bon Secours Wellness Arena in her home state of South Carolina. Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing & Public Relations at the highest-grossing arena worldwide, Moody Center, located in Austin, Texas.
Grace’s leadership style blends strategic oversight with cultural fluency. Her passion projects explore themes of community, creativity, and global perspective. She is currently based in Austin.
